To ensure the best experience, all Cupid Retreat reservations must be booked at least three weeks in advance. This allows us to prepare every detail and make your celebration truly unforgettable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your scheduled retreat. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience to accommodate the next client, with no adjustment to the package price. Add-Ons: Add-ons such as champagne, chocolate-covered strawberries, and ballon arch must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability. No Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a future booking if the cancellation is made within the required notice period.
