Whether you're celebrating a birthday, girls' day, bridal event, or simply enjoying some well-deserved relaxation, our private group spa experience brings luxury, relaxation, and premium pampering to your celebration. 🌸 PACKAGE INCLUDES - 30-Minute Mini Facial OR 30-Minute Express Swedish Massage — each guest chooses one - 15-Minute Aromatherapy Scalp Massage - Relaxation Lounge Experience - Complimentary Champagne or Mocktails - Charcuterie Board or Fruit Platter - Signature Cloud IX Gift Bag for Each Guest - Mobile spa setup & breakdown - Travel included within our standard service area 💰 GROUP PRICING 4–6 Guests: $580 7–10 Guests: $950 A $250 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your event date and will be applied toward your total balance. 20% gratuity is added to all group bookings. Travel is included within our standard service area. Events outside of the included travel radius may be subject to an additional travel fee. 🚫 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Final guest count and remaining balance are due 5 days before the event. No-shows and cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are nonrefundable. Bookings may be rescheduled one time with at least 72 hours' notice. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments Require A $25.00 Non-Refundable Deposit Due At The Time Of Booking! (Deposit Does Go Towards Your Remaining Balance.) Late Fee: If You Are 15 Minutes Late For Your Appointment A 15.00 Late Fee Will Be Applied. More Than 15 Minutes Late Your Appointment Will Be Cancelled + A Cancellation Fee of 50% Of The Cost Of Service. No Call No Show: If You Do Not Show Up For Your Appointment or Failure To Call Will Result In A Forfeiture Of Your Deposit + A Charge Of The Entire Amount Due For Your Service And A 25.00 Re-Booking Fee (Re-Booking Fee DOES NOT Go Towards Your Remaining Balance). *All Cancellations Should Be Made 24 Hours Prior To Your Scheduled Appointment Time. Failure To Comply With Cancellation Policy Will Result In Forfeiture Of Deposit + A Cancellation Fee. (Certain Circumstances will be waived)
