At Cloud IX Spa & Beauty, your satisfaction and safety are important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare, beauty, and body-care products, the following return policy applies to all product purchases.
Returns & Exchanges
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase. Products must be in their original packaging, with all seals intact, and in resalable condition.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Opened or Used Products
For health and sanitation reasons, opened, used, tested, or unsealed skincare, beauty, and personal-care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is confirmed to be defective.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Cloud IX Spa & Beauty within 48 hours of delivery.
Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label may be required. Once the issue has been verified, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate, at no additional cost to you.
Skin Reactions & Product Sensitivities
Every person's skin is different. Cloud IX Spa & Beauty cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every skin type.
We encourage customers to review product ingredients and perform a patch test before full use, particularly when introducing a new skincare product.
Individual sensitivities, allergies, irritation, or other skin reactions do not automatically qualify an opened or used product for a refund. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Seek medical attention when appropriate.
Final Sale Items
The following are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Sale and clearance merchandise
- Promotional products
- Sample or trial-size products
- Gift cards
- Products specifically marked Final Sale
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved discretionary returns.
If Cloud IX Spa & Beauty sent an incorrect product or the product arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of its approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Manufacturer & Brand Restrictions
Certain products or brands may be subject to additional manufacturer return, exchange, warranty, or refund restrictions. When a manufacturer's or brand's policy applies to a specific product, those additional terms may also apply to the purchase.

Please do not return or ship products back without first receiving return authorization from Cloud IX Spa & Beauty.
